These terms are posted on all Lawyers' Reporting, Inc's order forms.
The following terms are a binding agreement between the above company and Lawyers’ Reporting, Inc.
- If no order type is indicated above, either the original or certified copy will be transcribed.
- Additional fees apply to additional services listed above as well as all orders other than standard delivery.
- If no delivery is indicated above, delivery for this order will be considered 10+ business days (Standard Delivery).
- Cancellation of this order must be in writing and faxed to Lawyers’ Reporting, Inc. at the number above. Upon cancellation, the above company is responsible for any and all charges for work completed up to that point.
- The above company agrees to pay the corresponding invoice(s) for this order within 30 days of the invoice date or C.O.D. including any and all outstanding invoices. Terms to be determined by Lawyers’ Reporting, Inc. only.
- Should any dispute arise, the above company agrees to pay any and all court costs, any and all administration fees and any and all attorney’s fees Lawyers’ Reporting, Inc. incurs as a result of the dispute regardless of the prevailing party. The venue for disputes will be in Palm Beach County, Florida.
- This transcript order form may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Lawyers’ Reporting, Inc. only.
- Payment from the above company for Lawyers’ Reporting’s services is not contingent upon any third party reimbursement.
- This agreement supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written statements, understandings or agreements with respect thereto. No amendment to or modification of this agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the parties.
